Multilingual website for a polyclinic

Chirkoz

Chirkoz needed to replace its outdated website with a modern custom solution. The goal was to create a clear multilingual presentation for a polyclinic focused on one-day surgery, plastic surgery, and aesthetic dermatology, including procedure details, pricing, and inquiry forms.

Context

The outdated website could no longer support the scope of services or the clinic’s new ambition.

Challenge

The original website was technically and visually outdated, difficult to use, and built on an older technical stack. After the polyclinic was acquired, a new solution was needed to reflect the current offering, updated visual direction, and a large number of procedures across multiple languages.

Goal

The goal was to create a modern custom website with clear structure for departments and procedures, transparent pricing, procedure-level forms, strong technical SEO foundation, analytics, and room for future content expansion.

What's included

A large healthcare website focused on structure and inquiries.

The project included new design, frontend development, multilingual structure, SEO setup, analytics, GTM integration, procedure-level forms, email notifications, transparent pricing, and ongoing content management.

UX, structure, and design

I designed the new website structure and visual direction so the polyclinic, departments, team, services, procedures, and contact options could be presented clearly.

5 language versions

The website was prepared in five language versions — Slovak, English, German, Hungarian, and Arabic — with a large number of localized pages.

SEO, sitemap, and indexing

The scope included metadata, sitemap, Search Console, and technical foundations for indexing a large number of pages.

Transparent pricing

A clear multi-table pricing section with search was created to help visitors quickly find the price of a specific procedure.

Procedure-level forms

In addition to the contact form, forms were added under individual procedures so visitors could submit inquiries in the right context.

Email notifications and marketing integration

Forms were connected to email notifications, and a later custom marketing integration captured and sent selected data to a partner endpoint.

Decisions

What mattered most in the project

With a website containing many procedures, the key was to keep content understandable, navigation clear, and the technical setup ready for a large multilingual structure.

01

Complex information architecture

The large number of departments and procedures required a clear structure so visitors could quickly move from a specialty to a specific procedure or form.

02

Pricing as a practical tool

The pricing section was not built as a static text block, but as a clear table-based structure with search.

03

Inquiries in the right context

Forms under procedures allow visitors to contact the clinic directly from a specific service without returning to a generic contact page.

04

Multilingual setup without losing clarity

With hundreds of pages, it was important to keep navigation, metadata, and structure consistent across all language versions.

05

Ongoing management instead of CMS

The website does not include a CMS. Content changes and further extensions are handled through ongoing collaboration to keep control over structure and implementation quality.

Outcome

A modern multilingual website prepared for large content and inquiries.

The result is a new custom website that replaced the outdated solution and created a clear digital presentation for the polyclinic. The website supports many pages, multiple languages, transparent pricing, procedure-level forms, analytics, SEO foundation, and ongoing content management.
